Kayswanna McCoy joined Urban Alliance in December 2021 as the Program Coordinator for the Obama Youth Jobs Corps (OYJC) team. Before joining Urban Alliance, she provided support to college students in creating successful post-secondary plans through professional development activities at DePaul University and National Louis University. Kayswanna holds a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management with a focus on college access for underrepresented students.
