Kylie joined Urban Alliance Baltimore in July 2021. Prior to joining, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and an MBA in Non-Profit Leadership. She first found her passion for youth development while interning as a Social Worker for multiple community nonprofits – including a refugee enrichment center and a young adult day shelter. She is dedicated to empowering young people to recognize their strengths and pursue their passions.
