Liz Doda is a passionate human services professional with experience in volunteer engagement, youth development, youth mentoring and community-based programming. Liz is dedicated to building meaningful relationships and helping young people reach their full potential. She holds a degree in Family and Human Services from Towson University and brings a holistic, strengths-based approach to her work, grounded in empathy, creativity, and a deep belief in the power of community.
 
Before joining Urban Alliance, Liz supported volunteer coordination and leadership development at Special Olympics Maryland as an AmeriCorps member, where she worked to create inclusive and engaging opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
 
Liz is energized by connection, storytelling, and helping students see the value in their voice and their journey. She is excited to continue that work at Urban Alliance, supporting high school students as they transition into early professional experiences.
