Urban Alliance offers multiple programs for high school students, grades 11 and 12, living in Baltimore, Washington, D.C., Chicago and Detroit.
If you are a rising high school junior, Urban Alliance has a workforce readiness program that provides career exposure and skills training before participating in our Flagship High School Internship Program as a senior.
If you are a rising high school senior, Urban Alliance will help you gain access to professional work experiences to help you achieve your full potential.
Apply to our flagship High School Internship Program and get valuable job skills, training, one-on-one mentoring, post-high school planning support, and up to 500 hours of paid internships (at minimum wage or higher) in partnership with some of the nation's leading employers in the public, private, and nonprofit sector.
