In partnership with the Obama Foundation, Urban Alliance created the Obama Youth Jobs Corps (OYJC) to increase access to economic opportunity for Chicago high school students. Through workforce readiness training and early, meaningful work experience at businesses throughout the city, OYJC gives students the skills, experience, and exposure needed to succeed.
Teacher Training Institute

The Urban Alliance Teacher Institute program prepares Chicago Public School teachers to facilitate Urban Alliance's core workforce readiness curriculum, which is designed to build and reinforce students' social and emotional skills.
