Habitat for Humanity mission is to build decent homes for affordable homeownership and end poverty housing.
As volunteers the interns spent the day restoring homes for needy families in East Baltimore. The interns performed a variety of task such as loading and identifying materials, cleaning basements, installing dry wall, and fixing windows. This experience identified the strengths of the interns and their ability to work effectively as team members.
