Hanley Raboteau joined Urban Alliance in November 2025 as its Data and Evaluation Manger. Hanley specializes in program evaluation, data collation and analysis, and performance measurement, with a passion for using data to drive informed decision-making and improve outcomes. With nearly a decade in the nonprofit sector, Hanley has led data-driven efforts in community health and education initiatives. Hanley had a bachelor’s degree from Earlham College and a master’s degree from American University.
