Rashad T. Dudley is a youth development professional committed to advancing equitable opportunities for young people. A Detroit native, Rashad is pursuing an MBA at Wayne State University, concentrating in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. He also holds a M.S. in Youth Development Leadership from Clemson University and a B.A. from Morehouse College. Prior to joining Urban Alliance, Rashad has served in various youth and community development roles across Atlanta, Memphis, and Detroit. His passion lies in empowering young people to realize their full potential and see themselves as leaders, innovators, and changemakers in their communities.

Rashad brings a strong background in leadership and program management, having served in roles focused on climate and culture development as well as directing youth programs and curriculum design. In addition to his professional work, Rashad is a creative entrepreneur, self-published children’s book author, social media and graphic design strategist and nonprofit founder. Rashad centers his work behind the quote, “be who you needed when you were younger.”
