With over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Shawn has been a passionate advocate for youth and their families. She holds a master’s degree in Youth Development and a bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management from DePaul University and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership.

 

Driven by a deep commitment to equity and empowerment, Shawn is devoted to ensuring young people have access to the resources and support they need to thrive. She is also a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, where she actively engages in community service and giving back.
