Tracy Leary is a proud, new Baltimorean with over twenty years of experience in nonprofit leadership, community development, and project management. As Director of Program Operations, Tracy partners with HeartSmiles, Bloomberg Philanthropies, and the 10KSB initiative to execute a year-round leadership development program. Since her first community organizing job, Tracy’s work has consistently focused on leveling the playing field for underserved and under-resourced communities. She received her Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University and Bachelor of Arts from Spelman College. A lifelong learner, Tracy is currently pursuing a Master’s in Accountancy at Howard University.   

 

Born in Providence, RI, raised in Richmond, VA – and a resident of four other states in between – Tracy enjoys discovering cities through food, macchiatos/lattes, and volunteering.
