Dot Davies joined Urban Alliance in May 2023 as its first Salesforce Administrator. Dot has over 13 years’ experience in Salesforce, serving the for-profit and non-profit communities, with a concentration on Process Improvement and Marketing/Lead Generation. Prior to joining Urban Alliance, she has worked in the manufacturing, real estate, and education space. Dot holds certification for both Salesforce and Pardot and has a BA in History.
