For High School Juniors

Urban Alliance’s 11th-grade program was designed to provide workforce readiness development, career exposure, and skill training.  Using Career Readiness Standards, students will develop basic employment skills, demonstrate their readiness for the workforce, and create a professional portfolio with a Senior Pathway Plan.

For High School Underclassmen in Chicago

In partnership with the Obama Foundation, Urban Alliance created the Obama Youth Jobs Corps (OYJC) to increase access to economic opportunity for Chicago high school students. Through workforce readiness training and early, meaningful work experience at businesses throughout the city, OYJC gives students the skills, experience, and exposure needed to succeed.
