Elias Shaban is a dedicated finance and grants management professional with extensive experience in nonprofit accounting, donor compliance, financial reporting, and budget oversight. With a passion for building efficient financial systems that support impactful programming, Elias brings a solutions-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence to every role he steps into. Elias holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Economics and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Accounting.
 
Over the past several years, he has played a key role in managing complex grants from donors such as USAID, INL, DRL, DOS. UN Agencies and other institutional funders, ensuring strict compliance with 2 CFR 200, internal controls, and multi-country financial operations. His work is grounded in integrity, analytical rigor, and a genuine desire to empower mission-driven organizations with strong financial leadership.
 
Elias is driven by learning, mentorship, and helping others make sense of complex financial data. He is excited to continue supporting nonprofit missions and strengthening the link between finance and program impact.
