Laura Montgomery first joined Urban Alliance in 2014 and has since served as the High School Internship Program Manager and Director of College and Career Readiness.  In her role as Director, she oversaw all college and career readiness support, underclassmen programming, and continued engagement of Urban Alliance DC alumni. Laura now serves as the Director of External Partnerships in Greater DC, working closely alongside the Executive Director  to identify pathways and partnership opportunities for our young people.

Laura is a proud Washingtonian.  She believes deeply in the potential of young people across the District, and the value of their contributions to the professional world they enter through Urban Alliance. Laura graduated from Virginia Tech where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
